A new order, one tap.

One QR code and the customer's phone becomes the pager for their order.

A small journey. A big difference.
The supervisor creates the order number and shows a QR code on their phone, a customer screen, or a printed ticket.
The customer scans the code, opens their order page and taps “Turn on alerts”. No download, no sign-up.
The supervisor taps “Ready”, and the order status updates on the customer's phone together with whatever alert their device supports.

Before the first ring
The order page opens in the browser. Some background-notification features, especially on iPhone, have extra requirements depending on the device and browser.
Support varies by browser, system and permissions. On iPhone, web notifications usually need the page added to the Home Screen and a supported device. Keep the order page open for the core experience; we don't guarantee background ringing on every device.
It runs on its own beside your current system, and the supervisor can enter the invoice number to match it to the order number.
A device for the supervisor and an internet connection for the hosted service, plus internet on the customer's side. A display screen and a printer are optional. Printing from cloud hosting needs a suitable local agent.
